I got home, saw that the driver for the product did not cover the newer version of vista. Contacted the company, asked how to get an updated driver and was advised that they were not updating their drivers for this camera, as it was last year's model. Vista 64 has been out since before last year. To my dismay, this company apparently has a lot of growing pains since opening a few years ago especially when it comes to adequately training the right employees to the true meaning of customer care. My finance called DCG customer care support and spoke to a disgruntled, mean, nasty, obnoxious rep who obviously hates his job and basically started yelling at my fiance and said he was lacking common sense of how to fix digital products.
