Airsplat is a great company. They have great service, products, and prices. When confronted by a problem, their customer service quickly handles it with thought and care. My experience with AirSplat has been a good one. Awhile back I wanted to purchase an item that they had on sale, MANBAY 165. While I didn't have a choice but to call in to order the item, the man on the phone was very nice, calm, and collected, and I was able to easily order. I don't know where to begin. I got my first 2 pistols here. Both KJWm9 with extra mags. They worked like a dream. They did break down after a day of using it, but I was to blame. I was rolling around in the dirt. I brought it back to them and they fixed it no charge, and they showed me how to lube the gun up with silicon oil and how to maintain my gbb pistol.Never had a problem with these guys, they are the best hands down. I ordered over $100 in guns from airsplat. The next day I got an email asking for a shipping address because my billing address was a P.O. Box. I replyed within 9 minutes, and got an email back later that day saying it would be shipped asap. I ordered 3 products from this site. I checked before hand to make sure that all my products were in stock and i qualified for the free shipping. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting customer service. I have bought 3 different items from this company. This first item did not work out of the box. I contacted airsplat immediately and was told that I needed to return it for repair because we did not identify the issue within the first 3 days. I had recently purchased an AEG at airsplat.com and that was my very first purchased from them. Their shipping the FIRST time was great. However there were 2 problems when the gun arrived. 1: the gun was scratched; 2: the gun didn't fire. We received an incorrect product, it has taken more than two weeks to resolve with no end in sight. I want to ship the product back and receive the correct one, I am not asking for a miracle. This is not a reputable company! They ship used merchandise under the guise of new. We ordered a gun for our son as a Christmas gift. When we received the item the product box was not sealed, the lid being completely unglued and flattened. We received a defective airsoft gun. I contacted the company and they approved me sending it back. I asked for a return shipping label (most businesses do this so that you don't have to pay to ship the defective item back since it wasn't your fault). First off, Airsplat is no amazon.com They do not have the capitol to pull that kind of customer service. Also, a number of the complaints have been about the quality of the merchandise. I have to give the lowest rating to Airsplat for their total lack of customer service and very poor shipping turn time. I had a seven day window to buy my son the birthday present he always wanted; an air soft gun. I ordered the gun from Airsplat on 4/12/08 and my credit card was promptly debited. I have made a couple purchases from Airsplat.com. I was impressed with the speed of delivery. Some of the packing was abused during shipping most likely by shipping handler but all products were intact. We have used the equipment several times now in multiple environments (Snow, Drizzle, wet and dry terrain). We had very few failures with equipment, and put them to the test. The offer of free shipping is in flashing words on the website, and with no qualifications indicated (by an *, etc) one is led to believe that all orders are free shipping. The company said the flashing words are clickable and by doing so will explain the policy of free shipping over $150 only.
