Hired these people to update our alarm system at a building in Santa Ana, CA, They were not the least expensive but thought they'd provide good service. Did not turn out that way. They lost their key employees and service went to crap. Ignored our calls, never contacted us in over 2 yrs and then sent us a bill this May for over $5,000 demanding payment and extension to contract for 3 yrs or they'll sue. They were so responsive once more I have a very positive experience with this company for my 3rd alarm system and I’m now having a new fire alarm installed in my business. The sales staff and technicians were so knowledgeable and helpful. Installed the system for the price they said they would and the tech showed up on time. I could not recommend them enough. Not customer friendly, installers are rude and don't explain things. Hard to get out of contract they try to charge you if you do it when you are suppose to. As bad as ADT stay away. Read More »

-Low quality installation and equipment removal. Leave a lot of damage. -Predatory renewal policy. Be careful of small print. Will bill you for the whole year , and apply monthly late fees (even if you were on monthly payments before account cancelation) -Customer service – bad. Read More »
