I would give this company a zero. They do not hold up their gaurantee in a timely manner as promised. I have been waiting 15months for my timeshare to be transfered out of my name and at the present time it is still in my name. It is now over 3 YEARS since I contracted with this company to transfer my properties and they are still not complete and nobody will call back or provide answers to questions. Timeshare Relief has sold one of our timeshares. Good job on the first one! There is a problem with getting the dues paid on the second unit per the contract. TR has moved my account to a business called Resort Closings. This business is usually unresponsive. I get a phone call once in a while but no e-mail answered, thereby not creating a paper trail. Disappointed!!! We agreed to sell our Timeshare through Diamond Resorts with this company back on June 26, 2010 and we are still waiting for the Re-conveyance of warranty deed to be sent to us. What they Sales Rep failed to tell us that Diamond Resorts is extremely slow in processing the paper work. Timeshare Relief delivered as promised within the 90 day time frame. I was able to obtain from the court records in the county where my timeshare was located a certified copy of the warranty deed transferring the title. I am extremely happy to be out from under the "in perpetuity" clause of the timeshare, and feel a burden is lifted after searching almost 20 years for a company to help me get rid of my timeshare. In September 2009, my youngest daughter was attending Lock Haven University in PA. Early on Thursday morning we woke up to a from a crisis team. They had our daughter at the hospital. She had tried to commit suicide the night before. After speaking to the crisis counselor they decide that they would put her on a state controlled 72 hour hold. We have three timeshares that Timeshare Relief would be willing to transfer title on for a cost of $8500. This amount seems extremely high and because the money must be paid up front, I am very hesitant to do business with them. We tried selling. We tried donating it, but nothing. Then I saw a link to this company. I didn't know this company was based in Los Angeles but I actually was able to get my timeshare taken care of all the way here in new york. I called in and talked to an agent which was not pushy at all. I reasoned with him and told him why I wanted to get out of it.
