Here is my review, accurate at the time of submitting: At first I was skeptical about this "access to directory" service at a hefty price tag of $67/year. So what are all the good things I would like to say about SaleHoo? This company is God sent, they have worked magic in my life and it has only been a week. I'm very impressed with the level of customer service I received from SaleHoo. Not only does support answer your immediate questions and concerns, they also provide a weekly members only email with valuable information. I would absolutely recommend SaleHoo to anyone starting in E-Commerce. I was referred to another company, Wholesalematch.com. SaleHoo is far better than Wholesalematch.com. Salehoo - What a funny name, I thought. But signing up with this company was the greatest boost to my business since it's inception! They ALWAYS find whatever you ask them to find, and you know you can trust these companies because they were investigated and recommended by Salehoo. To not be able to speak to an individual, SaleHoo's customer service by far, beats service in other companies where one is actually able to contact a live person to resolve an issue. 2 days into my membership I had some questions...I sent their customer service dept. an email at 11:30 PM...within 5 minutes I received a response that was the solution-(simple)- to an otherwise complex query.I find Salehoo to be a marvelous resource and very repututable...I recommend their services.
