I bought this product at Costco a couple weeks ago and am not at all satisfied with the results thus far. This product is not cleansing me, all i've experienced is diarrea. Anyone who is serious about ordering a high quality cleansing product i suggest looking up it's reviews on the internet. I purchased this product in 2008 with no results. All of the claims that are on the infomercial to me are false. I have constipation problems. I have to take something to make me go. The only thing that I have found that works is a colon cleanse. At any health food store about 13.00 for a small bottle. That is the name on the bottle colon cleanse. My complaint with this company is that I feel victimized by their manipulative selling technique. Periodically, using the credit card information I entrusted them with, they access my account and charge me for products I did not order. This is a complaint. This company sent my 91 year old mother this product without authorization and will not refund her money. this product would interact with all of her other meds and could have been dangerous had I not found out about the delivery. They charged her account but she never gave them the number...they got her info from somewhere else. Slippery sales ethics. They will send you a second order whether you sign up for automatic shipment and billing or not. They will say it takes 8 days for them to replay your order and then ask you to call them back. They will NOT refund you or give you a return authorization number. In my opinion they set customers up for automatic shipping and billing because if they called you to renew many customers would decline. The product itself did not work for me. Read More »

I purchased Dual Action Cleanse a couple of years ago. The product worked perfect. Can I say that the product did exactly what was promised? I do not know. I am not a physician, but I felt better. I had no pain or discomfort. Without being too graphic, my colon cleansed for sure. I had energy, my stomach flattened down, and I breathed better. I am not overweight, or otherwise unhealthy. I ordered the product after viewing an infomercial. I tried the product and found it not effective for me. I did not attempt to get my money back, even though they said they guaranteed the products effect. Two months later, I received another shipment of the product and my account had been charged $64.85. I ordered the product, took it for about 3 days & felt horrible. I called to get the info to send back the product & cancel my autoshipment. I sent it back expecting a refund on my credit card account. I did not receive one & my credit card was not paid so then I had a late payment. This company on the website attempts to sign you up for automatic re-orders against your credit card. It's probably in the fine print that you won't read. Once your a customer, they will keep calling you, until you complain. Their product costs $60 plus shipping on the website. It's $40 at Walgreens and Walmart. I purchased a product on 12 July and asked if I could use it while I took High Blod pressure medication. They responded that their products were all natural and were perfectly safe to take. The website is deceiveing. I didn't purposely purchase this crap. I never clicked on anything that resembled "proceed to checkout". This company does not deserve to be a BBB company.
