I received the wrong item ( a 7x15 mesh tarp) after ordering a 6x10 mesh tarp and paying a $10.80 FedEx Second Day Delivery. I knew and understand that their policy states they are not able to refund shipping costs. I also acknowledge that their listed sizes state that the final size of the tarps are 4 to 6 inches smaller, which would had still been a good fit with a 6x10 tarp. 4 days after making a purchase with this seller I received a phishing email using the seller's name and destination information from my last order that I have never used on another site. The statement on their eBay page, "Max Tool, Inc", is itself fraudulent. The entity was an LLC which had its license to transact business suspended by the CA Secretary of State in 2007. Got a water pump on the 10th of Aug, didn't work, NEVER has. It was Aug 14th when I emailed Carlos some pictures, his email is carlos.maxtool@gmail.com. I talked to him a few days before that. This all can be verified in my email which I am more then happy to to provide to you. I purchased a keggermeister/keggerator from Max Tool through Amazon.com. The product was received and does not work. The item was properly installed by myself. It does not dispense drinkable beer only foam. This has cost me time and money that, I feel, is unacceptable. Selling a 500 dollar product that does not work is theft. I have wasted my money on this product and will be returning it minus my extra time, money, and effort spent on this. Nothing worse than wasting time and money! Read More »
