I just ordered my wedding invitations (100) with envelopes, RSVP cards (100) with envelopes, thank you cards (100) with envelopes, 600 return address labels and 100 magnets to hand out at the wedding as favors. The company I worked for had been using printsmadeeasy.com for many years to handly our postcards. We decided to have them do our mailing for the first time because we liked the work they did... When we realised they wouldn't be mailed to our customers in time for our event we asked them to cancel. Via a phone call I had with a representative they confirmed that it would be canceled and we would be refunded. i tried to order business cards from printsmadeeasy,at check out my order should have amounted to 3.99 as the amount submitted but over 60 dollars was taken from my bank. according to Prints Made Easy there is an extra charge for copyright??something I didn't see and certainly does not show on the website nor at checkout, this is theft and deceptive practice, I can't be the first or only complaint of this kind, strange there are so many positive posts on this site and no negatives. My company has been doing business with PME.com for about a year now. VERY pleased with not only the quality of the product, but also with the customer service they provide. When I submit a graphic for some business cards, postcards, or whatever I am ordering, PME will immediately send me an email and place my order on hold if it wasn't correctly submitted. I have used printsmadeeasy for a couple of years and just finished another order, they are fantastic. Their pre print line is wonderful and such fun to do the design online. I have used Prints Made Easy for a few years and have found their service to be excellent. I have had a couple minor issues and they have responded instantly to resolve them. The website design service is easy to use and the quality of their business cards is top notch and very professional. I was searching the internet looking for Customizable Business Cards, and I came across this website (printsmadeeasy.com). I was truly amazed at the numerous designs, templates and options that were available (that I couldn't find at other places).
