I purchased a garage door from Heritage over 20 years ago, and just recently, my door stopped opening. It turned out the spring broke. We called Heritage door for a free estimate and they were able to set up an appointment right away. The salesman Mike was very friendly and made our purchasing experience very easy. Our door broke so we called 3 companys out to give us an estimate. Heritage Door was one of them.They offered better pricing than the others which was surprising since one of the others was Costco. Anyhow they installed the door and opener 3 days after the order. They were polite and on time for their appointment. It has been a couple weeks since the install and the door is working great. I called on an add in the newspaper Heritage sent Richard Johnson to my home. He was very professional and was knowledgeable about the products he sold. His price was lower than the other 2 estimates and I liked his door the best so I went with Heritage. They came out about a week later and installed the door. My Husband hired Heritage to do some work on our already installed garage door & opener. Alberto, who was very nice, did most of the work, less some weatherstrip that he was short. The problem is that in work that was done, he created a short, or something, that won't allow the door to always close. We saw an add in the newspaper so we called to set an appointment. Steve G. came out he answered all of our questions he seemed to have more experiance than the other 2 garage door companies that came out. We feel we got a very fair price (much lower than Home Depot ) 3 days later they came back out and installed the door.
