We had a terrible experience with The Twin Home Experts. We hired them to remodel our bathroom after the old plumbing needed to be replaced. The foreman was licensed as a plumber, not a general contractor, and we failed to recognize that in the contract. He was unable to execute our planned remodel. I recently purchased a home with several known sewer pipe issues. At the time of the inspections, 2 different companies offered to repair with a liner but my inspector recommended I consider the full replacement given that there were two breaks out at/under the road. Today Schuelke Plumbers came to look at a broken pipe. Elmer, their lead man, provided me with information, and a proposal. We accepted their proposal, it was done in a very professional manner and they returned the next day to do the work which was also done in a very professional manner. I called this companies sister company out Dry Right Restoration on an emergency flooding to my mothers home. They did a great job they were fast and then they called out Schuelke to fix the pipe. I had problems with a leaking toilet, called Shuelke plumbing. Mark S. came out for a free estimate within one hour. The toilet needed to be replaced. We had Mark Spicer come out to fix a kitchen sink drain and he was super helpful and thorough. Really nice and extremely clean! I hate it when plumbers leave a major mess after finishing the job, but Mark left the place spotless. Plus, he explained everything very well, including prices of everything. I was really impressed! From their professional website, their courteous phone operator, to most importantly the employees that came to my home. I thought I had just a clogged drain. They are really good at explaining what I needed, as opposed to selling me everything like the other plumber that stopped by to give me an estimate. When the work commenced,they showed up on the time,the work was scheduled to be done within a 3 day period,that was accomplished. Good plumbers are hard to find, but GREAT plumbers are rare.I found myself in awe of the teamwork and positive attitudes that the entire team of 5 had in my home. called schuelke at 6pm thur told a local branch would call back. about an hour later i called back and was transfered swiftly to a tech in my area.i was told they where real busy and would be able to come out around "late morning" and the problem I described would run about $500.
