Do not purchase services from this company. I was offered a really good deal with them for lazer hair removal services with Pure Med Spa in the Ontario Mills Mall. I got a package deal with multiple areas for $4000 total. I was approved to finance these services through Med Choice with 1 year interest free. This place stole $1,000 dollars from me and has left me deformed. All their phones are disconnected. The Redondo Beach Branch at the South Bay Galleria ask for money upfront and now I cant find them. Puremedspa in Southbay Galleria Mall, Redondo Beach CA, did not fulfill their contract obligations. I paid for 6 treatments and only received 5. They owed me for the last treatment. Stay away from this cheating company!!! Back in November I purchased a syringe of Juvederm since they kept calling me offering me a half off discount. I paid $325.00 when the product supposedly was $650.00 before the discount. For months I have been calling trying to set up an appt. to get the procedure done and they kept telling me they were waiting for a shipment. Go the other way consumers. This is not a consumer friendly business. I purchased a chemical facial peel package from Pure Med Spa, Galleria at South Bay,CA. Advance payment in full was required. After paying $600, I was not given anything in writing to list or show proof of the purchased package. I was told the list must stay in a folder. I left the spa feeling cheated. This med spa offers high pressure sales and the items and procedures sold are not in the interest of proper treatment, rather, higher profits. They promise results that aren't deliverable. Walk the other way. Once they have your money, their interest in you as a customer changes. Read More »
