I've had my website hosted on them for only few months. I have encountered no problems so far. It was all fairly straight forward. The whole purchase process is really fast and everything was done and set up within like 20 minutes. Used FastwebHost for years with no problems. Recently they lost all my files back to 2007! Now a 2007 version of site comes up. Spent hours typing with help desk. Can't speak with anyone personally. No answer to email. Will never use a hosting company with outsourced help desk again. Read More »

I have a big issue, wich is that i'm not able to access to my own website, and it's not only from my computer or my ip, its from different ones. I have been talking with the support guys and since I don't know much about technology, they lost their patience with me and they have been really rude. One of them even close the chat window. I ented space for four individual businesses. All the sites had rejected emails, massive down time, and helpless support. They would go for days telling me to wait 24 hours and nothing would change. When I first used eHostPros for web and e-mail hosting, they seemed great. There price was low, and for over a year I never had any problems. Then they started to have a lot of server down time, often several hours a week. Their customer support and tech support almost never responded.
