The problems begin when you want to cancel an order. I placed an order for a TV. 2 hours later at 10:00pm I decided to cancel the order. It takes ecost 24 to 48 hours for ecost to answer your email. The email I finally got the next day said the order had already been processed so the order could not be cancelled. Even if you cancel the order in a timely fashion, they won't. So be sure of what you want. I called in and was told it would take 1-3 business days for them to process a RMA, 5-10 business days for them to receive the defective unit, and then another 10-15 days to ship a replacement, if they had any in stock.
