First of all, the liner has several holes, then the connecting pins break with very little pressure! I contacted customer service and filed a claim...HORRIBLE! They are rude and condescending! They want you to cut the liner before the claim is even reviewed...then make sure that the consumer is left with NOTHING to show for the money spent. I am appalled by the way this company operates; selling an inferior product to middle-cla... Read More »

Sharon A. posted a review

I feel that the Ultra Frame Pool sold by Intex is a WASTE OF MONEY. Pool pump it comes with states it is strong enough to keep pool clean and it is NOT. We rane the pump day in and day out cleaning the filter 3-4 times a day with all proper chemicals and it was still turning green. We set up our pool (5/2011) this summer season (ju... Read More »

Annie J. posted a review

Do Not buy anything from Intex. They do not have a warranty on their air mattress and even if its defective THEY DON"T CARE! I purchased a mattress and did not use it for about 3 to 4 weeks. I called and THEY WERE VERY, VERY, VERY rude and could care less. I was told I could not get the name of someone to talk with because they are PRIVATE. I work for a private company and we are also open with our customers and provide Golden Rule Customer service. INTEX does not. Never again, shame on me. Read More »

Jeremy M. posted a review

This company has a 90 day warranty on the liner. However be prepared to cut out the intex logo, square of the pool bottom, a drain, and the problem area. Now you must cut this out and mail it in along with the copy of your receipt. You will also have to call this company and fill out a claim form over the phone, or luckily you might be one that actually gets it in your email. However if you are in your 90 days you should get your liner sent too you. Now in the event you are out of your 90 day... Read More »
