Spaguts.com ripped me off to the tune of $550. I spent an hour on the phone with their sales person to order a spapack. They sent me a controller instead of a spapack and then tried to blame me. They said I had to pay for shipping plus $60 to return it, and that's only if I buy the $750 spapack. They never took any responsibility for their mistake, their inept sales person (Kammy). I ordered a $400controller for my spa; they sent me the wrong product which had a different Rev # on it. The professional I hired to install it told me he wouldn't install it because it was not the right part. I tried to return it for a refund and they told me the part was just a newer version; my professional installer says otherwise. Spa Guts refused to give me a refund. I contacted Spaguts.com because the wetend plastic covering was cracked and needed to be replaced. The website stated that the parts "Motor/wetend" are covered with a 3 year warranty. The sales person said it was not covered under the warranty. I told her that I would file a complaint with the BBB, which I have done so.
