After researching pools on the market, I was recommended to look into Really EZ Pools. We wanted a mid-size rectangular pool with the option of keeping it warmer throughout the season. After our questions were answered by Simon, we decided to purchase the 12x17 deluxe pool package with dark blue walls & a solar unit. I purchased a 7' x 17' Single Lane Portable Lap Pool Package back in 2010, and it is still going strong after all the cold snowy Massachusetts winters. We also have a swim mill which is a fun way to get exercise, and the whole package sure is a lot less expensive than an Endless Pool! Bought a pool and set it up. My upgraded pump went out. Don't know why. Called Simon on a Monday, new pump was delivered and up by Wed. No questions asked, no return of the bad pump required. Problems happen, but when they are addressed as aggressively as the sale was, I'm impressed. I've never had the support and response from any other company as I did when I called Simon. First of all the pool is great good quality but it took my husband and I an entire day and a huge struggle to put it together nothing like what the site represents. There were times we were struggling to put it together and had questions and SIMON would not return our calls or texts we finally just figured it out ourselves. It took a couple of friends and I less than two hours to set up the 16 1/2 x 16 1/2 foot pool in our under-house garage. We needed a plumber to bring a propane line to the heater and to vent it. My wife and I both have back problems. Our Dr. said water therapy was needed. Found EzPools through internet search. They were very helpful in designing the size we needed with the features we needed. Ordered the pool and it was received as ordered. It was easy to install in a couple hours and it works great. We have been using our pool continuously for the last 5 1/2 years. We bought our 7' x 12' Therapy Pool in 2009. Cost was only about 20% of what comparable permanent installation products would have cost. After much research, I purchased our ez pool over 2 years ago. I am the primary caregiver for my parents(father suffered several strokes and mother severe arthritis, degenerative disc disease) and sister (47 with cerebral palsy). I have had my new therapy pool set-up for 8 months and I have been in it every day. I got the small 7'x7' to set-up in an existing enclosed porch space and it works so well I would get the next size up when I make room. I have hip bursitis and I've found the warm water to be very helpful for maintaining range of motion. 2 years ago, we decided to renovate our main worship center which included removing our "fixed" Baptismal unit from our featured downstage wall to allow for a 40' high definition screen. The product was delivered on time. Assembly was easy including motor, heater, filter and all piping. The company answered questions in a timely manner. They went above and beyond their duty to make sure all issues were addressed. Temperature control is accurate and reliable, not costing much in electricity to keep it at 89 degrees. This will be my third swimming season and you can not beat the low cost and ease of maintaining this little pool. I cleaned out my garage, painted the floor and with the help of 2 others set this pool up. The pool is 60" hight so it is a little tight climbing over the ladder with my 8' ceiling hight. Without any extra charge: they converted their 8' wide to a 7' wide x 37' pool enabling us to fit a pool perfectly in where nothing else on the market would work...added no extra time to delivery! We added a heat pump which works very well during the swimming season but it quits at 50° outside air temp, so a gas heater may have been a better choice for year round usage. I have used a hydrotherapy 7x12 ez pool for 3 years, and have not had a problem with it once it was set-up. I am a long-time lap swimmer, and it's often a struggle finding places to swim given my location and commute. this pool has been my savior. We purchased the pool for our adult son who is totally disabled. Our pool is the 6x6 wide, deep model. Our son is 6 ft 4 in. tall. The pool is in our garage and we have an overhead track and lift to get him in and out of the pool. Love the pool. It's everything as advertised. I would highly recommend to a friend. I have owned a 7 X 12 foot Therapy Pool from Really EZ Pools (now Therma Pool) for three years now. I have a limited area in my side yard for which the zoning would not permit a permanent gunnite structure to be built. We purchased a ThermaPool 2 on 12/4/13. The pool arrived with scuff marks on the liner and scratches on the painted metal supports. The pool cover is difficult to put on and one corner ripped after the first use. We made a new cover out of ridged foam. The ThermaBand did not look like the picture on the website and it was ripped. Just went online to find out the cost of a new liner for my pool and noticed a few crazy comments about this company. When I purchased my pool, I had it installed right on a river in Florida and my pictures are online. The liner has never leaked. I never had to replace it. So many glowing reviews. We bought based on claims on the website stating that the pool could maintain a 90 degree temperature on a 24/7 basis for "literally pennies a day." We filled the pool and connected the heater/pump. Our electric bill soared to unbelievable heights.
