customer service was great until they got my money, 11 days later there supposed to ship, we will see i guess, i had to call to see what was taking so long and they said they would be going out today, so iim waiting on a tracking number.. didnt now it took 11 days to mount balance and pakage 4 wheels and tires, but well see if they get shipped today or not, kinda dissapointed so far for the money ive spent and gavent got anything yet. so the day they were gonna ship came and went with nothing... These guys are great!! Whether I need a tire repair, new set of tires or new rims for my car (they've done all three) they handle the task with precision and ease. All the guys there are professional yet real down to earth and easy to deal with. I've been dealing with them for years now and they have NEVER given me a reason to go any were else. My first car. First time I needed to get new tires. I was extremely pleased. I walked in and I was instantly helped. I had no idea what I needed so the guy ran out to my car and looked he was back in within a minute and told me the sizes and that I NEEDED new tires because the treads were way beyond recommended depth. Coming along the 91 from Corona to Buena Park right before the north State College exit-"Boom"!!! Tire flat. I manage to get to the Chevron gas station to try to get air. I thought my wheels were out of alignment, but the mechanic told me the real problem was the rear tire coming apart. Good tread left, but after six years tires disintegrate. He said get new tires. Straight to USA Wheel/Tire Outlet on a Saturday. I got two new rear tires, but they were willing to work with any price range I needed, including used tires. They are loaded with tires. I had been driving down the 91 when I hit a jagged piece of metal from god only knows what, which totally tore my tire up. I'd remembered that discounted wheel warehouse was wholesale to the public, so I figured I'd check them out first. Less than an hour after getting to their shop I left with a brand new tire - but not a headache. I had a great experience with them. I got some nice rims. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but when I came in the salesman recommended these nice black rims for my BMW. I got them installed that same day. The price was cheaper than anyone else around here and installation was free. They even transferred over my tire sensors from my old wheels. I watched a movie in their waiting room (had hdtv and directv), while I waited for them to be installed. Highly recommended! Read More »

Saw them off of the freeway and needed the best price for a set of 4 name brand tires. Since I knew not a whole lot about tires they were very helpful in my selection process. I purchased a set of four Pirelli tires and felt confident that I was riding on the best tires at the most reasonable cost. I ordered a set of 20 inch rims and tires from discounted wheel warehouse. This was one of the most trouble free purchases that I have ever made from the Internet.
