I received a cold call from this company wanting to perform services in my home. The representative who called me was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I took an immediate liking to her. I scheduled an appointment, but later had to cancel it. When I tried to call the company to cancel, I was unable to get through to anyone using the phone number I was provided.
