Not a problem, I have ordered from this company for the last 10 years. He told me my credit card wouldn't be charged until the order shipped. I got my credit card bill and there was a charge from Century Photo on there. I called them and she told me that they ALWAYS charge the card even tho things are on backorder. Placed an order in late Jan. and never got the materials. Spent a lot of time placing phones calls (e-mails were never answered.) and finally talked to some guy in the "art dept." All kinds of excuses, mainly about difficulty with raw material (plastic resins) providers and manufacturers (though I think they operate their own plant in Mexico.)
