After waiting just over 16 months, Century finally shipped my order. If you are contemplating becoming a NEW customer, RUN AWAY, but if you are a victim of Century Photo fraud, there may be hope. I too have been ordering from Century Photo for years and have been very satisfied. My last order was Jan.2011--order # E50483 for $34.39 and I paid by check. This had been such a great company! I also placed an order May, 2010 & got the same answer of 'another 4-6 wks'. I have been calling them 1-3x/day & have sent e-mails for the past 2 wks. & 'no response'. I keep checking the website and other sites and I have recently noticed that their address has changed to Rochester, NY. I used Bardes Products from Milwaukee, WI (www.bardes.com) for vinyl photo pages and was blown away by the superior customer service that Cheryl provided. After reading all the reviews, I went back and looked for my transaction with Century Photo. My credit card was billed by a company called NCD brands and is listed as a Leather Goods and Luggage Store. I also had done business with them for years. I am so glad I only spent $48.
