I first would like to the thanks the sales Rep at ElectricStep who provided me with the best customer service that I have even been given. Management at this company is doing something right. The Rep answered my questions and was able to point out some critical details of the install that I was hesitant about. Even when the rep was unsure of a certain detail, he was able to conference called the Tech guy at AMP Research (Bruce) to make sure that my question was answered correctly. (my thanks...
