Jerry did an excellent job for me and my family. He was on time, clean and courteous. He replaced my water heater and educated me on a few plumbing things I did not know about. He also cleaned out all my faucet aerators because I had extensive calcium build up and he did not charge for this extra work. His quote was exactly what he said it was. Jerry is a good plumber but beware of the hours he charges. His billing for hours worked was much higher than what he worked. I suggest you have him clock in with you and clock out with you. Do everything in writing and make sure he signs it. He is a bit expensive compared to other plumbers I have hired in the past. Jerry does work slow so I also would suggest you get an estimate in writing instead of going time and material with this contractor. Read More »
