I have been trying to cancel my account for months while they are still attempting to charge an expired credit card. I've even gotten notice that my account will be sent to collections. Nobody answers the phone, even when I try other departments, and I rarely get a call back. And because I don't answer calls from #'s I don't know, it goes to vm so it's exceptionally hard to speak with someone directly. I trusted them and my website was not secure and would not pop up on google searches. They are totally outdated to the market place do not use them. There rude and ridiculously greedy and are not flexable at all with their customers. Read the fine print they wont let you cancel your contract and it renews a certain date and if you dont cancel correctly they make you stay with them.........RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. As a former Superlative customer, I agree with negative feedback. This company cares about one thing. HAVING YOU SIGN A LONG CONTRACT,AND NOTHING ELSE. Very deceptive renewal terms indeed and they will claim to loose emailed and faxed in requests to stop accounts. KEEP TRACK OF YOURS!! This writer witnessed a customer’s dealings with this company. Customer signed a contract back Jan. 2006; Superlative Inc never sent customer any yearly reminders that his contract date would be coming up & it would be self renewing. After several calls this month, attempting to discontinue his service Customer finally got a response from his account manager. Be aware that this company shows you completed web sites that were built by the owners of the website, not built by Superlative, Inc. They give you the bare bones of a website; you have to add all the links, pictures and everything else to make it a true website. Doing this takes days if not weeks. If you are not computer literate, don't sign up. They don't tell you this up front. Read More »
