I ordered business cards at the last minute before leaving for a convention. I needed them the next day, so yes, I paid top dollar for shipping but I thought the cards were very reasonable. They confirmed the order, sent me a notice letting me know the interim QA status, and then confirmed shipment with the tracking number. I've been using Overnight Prints for a while now. Their quality is consistently good in my opinion. Here's the kicker though, every time - EVERY time I've requested a reprint or something, they do it gladly. Obviously I've been asked to prove there is an issue with photos, etc... but that's a small thing to ask of me. I set up online business cards double sided and they didnt print the image i supplied. They stated it was my fault that they cut off 3 and 1/2 lines. Anybody can see where words are cut in half with only the top showing is wrong but their setup man, production man, packing man all didnt care enough to flag it so i got 3/4 of a card. I've been using Overnight Print since 2005 and have yet to be disappointed with the quality of work versus the cost of printing. My latest order was the first one to have the color incorrect. I contacted Overnight Prints and they responded immediately with an offer to reprint. I accepted and they expedited my shipping to overnight even though I had originally paid for 2-day shipping! BE WARNED. I ordered bookmark favors for my wedding. As a test, I ordered 100 bookmarks, the smallest quantity possible for OFF-SET printing. One item was for presentation folders, when printed the camera ready artwork did not bleed properly to the edges. I love the quality of paper used for the business cards (15 and 16 point) which is great for the price. I ordered 250 business cards with standard shipping and when they arrived the colors looked faded and had differing saturation levels on the different cards. Never again. I buy a LOT of postcards with the image of a book cover on the front and a blank back. (My wife is the author.)
