I have been using the services of Classic Pools & Spas for many years now. They have been super helpful when I have specific pool problems - pumped stopped working, the spa was leaking, etc. I just give them a call and it gets fixed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ! If you want a lot of head aches or like being lied to than go right ahead. The BBB grade has some how changed, this company has not resolved all it's BBB claims. The company's BBB grade should be FFF! So heed this WARNING stay away from this pool company. Go with another pool company not ISLAND POOLS AND SPAS INC.
