Worst website don't shop here please do yourself a favor and don't shop here. I wait months for my orders and on top of that they take 5% of your money if you cancel. What kind of service is that?? Do not buy from this company. I placed an order for a JDM spark plug cover, simple, or so I thought. First after placing the order and getting a confirmation email complete with order number I never received the item. I called and they said they had no record of the order. From my most recent transaction with JHPUSA, as well as all my previous transactions with them, I have always received excellent service from them whenever I need to purchase parts from them. By using their website or by calling them, they have always been helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. They ship parts quickly as well, with just the standard wait time for UPS or Fedex.
