Elly Nesis WILL keep 100% of your security deposit, regardless of condition of the apartment after you move out. They made a claim on us for needing to "paint the entire apartment" for $1400 after we moved out, in addition to multiple other charges, when we did not paint anywhere or damage any walls. I have rented from Elly Nesis for about 6 months now and have had nothing but harassment the entire time. Elly himself comes by our house five days a week for no reason other than to check on the tenants. Our front door was never locked because he installed apartment style mailboxes in our entry way. The only way we could get mail or send it was to leave the front door unlocked so the postman could do his job. they finally got removed once a housemate walked in on two homeless people eating o...
