Do not buy from this company regardless of the price. I had several defective toner cartridges for my HP CP3525 "blow" magenta toner inside the printer. It is a mess to clean the printer. I had 2 bad black toner cartridges not be able print "gray" shading on an Excel worksheet. I had another cartridge have a bent gear shaft. Their website search engine does not work correctly. Ripoff artists. Do not do business with these people. I ordered tone by my printer name and model number and they sent me the wrong toner. When I called to exchange they blew me off and refused to do anything. Do not do business with these crooks. Read More »

I purchase a set of 4 ink's of Remanufactured Replacement for Epson and it was a bad idea this inks are bad quality i keep getting ink not recognize and when finally it did after disconnecting the printer and taking out the inks then place them again and re connect the power on the printer it start to work but then after 5 prints the inks when from full to low they send new ones same problem and i spend on inks close to 50 bucks and i ask then send me originals they said no the customer servi... I bought Brother compatible toner cartridges from LD Products - their own brand of cartridges. These cartridges were only about 20% less than buying genuine cartridges made by Brother - they are all expensive. However the quality of these cartridges is horrible. I have brother cartridges that are years older than these and almost empty and they print 10 times better. Every single color except black prints really light and without much pigment. I ordered refill cart. for my brother MCF J410w and my HP 7100. the Hp was great. the brother was well another story. I was sent non compatible ink., of which I had requested, the box indicated it was not for my machine. I called and got Shannon B. LD Products is exclusive to our company, however, I am currently searching for a better quality of ink cartridges. Our company has been using LD for approximately 3 years now and just recently we have been experiencing leakage with their toners. It is very disappointing to say the least. I must say though, they are very accommodating when it comes to returning defective cartridges, but I will not recommend this company because of the number of times we had to return cartridges for leakage. LD Products is a lousy company. I ordered several batches of ink from them and the ink ran out fast, weak color + the cartridges leak. They 100% guarantee their cartridges on their web site and on EBay and that is not true. Their last cartridges "tore-up" my printer and they refuse to accept any responsibility, even with their guarantee. LD Products are lousy. They are cheap because they are cheaply made. Out of 5 cartridges I had 4 failures. They replaced one and then refused to replace the other 3 cartridges. I have been using LD products for a couple years now and I am very impressed with their customer service and their products. I have only had 1 issue with all of the products I have ordered from them (print cartridge had leaked in its sealed plastic pouch)and after a 2 minute phone call I had a replacement for the defective product on the way. I have been buying LD Products refilled cartridges for a few years, with mixed results. Sometimes the cartridges are short-lived (under-filled) and sometimes not. I have been purchasing ink cartridges for my Canon printers for quite a few years and with the exception of one cartridge that wasn't quite right, I have absolutely no complaints. When my printer says I need to replace the cartridge, the cartridge is bone dry (i.e., no ink left in it). I have had no problem with leaking or strange printing and the cartridges seem to last as long as the OEM cartridges. I'm placing another order today! I expect quick shipment as usual. Read More »

I have been buying printer cartridges from LD Products for several years and have been very satisfied with their product, having had no problems. On Saturday, I put an LD cartridge in my Epson printer and the printer refused to recognize it. Another LD cartridge of the same color from the same batch worked fine. August 2010, I ordered 24 cartridges from LD Products for my business. They caused several days of problems during a week when I didn't have a spare minute! Poor quality ink, lots of leaking, the cartridges went dry very quickly, and many problems developed with my printer. I won't make that mistake again. I bought a number of ink cartridges for my Epson Stylus Photo RX500 printer from LD Products. The cartridges were under-filled. The cartridges go dry before the printer programming indicates that they should. With other brands, a cartridge will have enough ink left in it when the printer forces a replacement that one can hear the ink "slosh" in the reservoir when the cartridge is shaken.
