Precision Plus has beyond painting abilities! They repaired water damage in the bathroom area (including hanging wallpaper to match the pattern!), repaired wooden molding, sprayed "popcorn" ceiling up, removed old wood wall paneling, and their painting was very good, too! Excellent service all around. Best of four bids on pricing. Two brothers in business together. Extremely competitive pricing. They use high end quality paint products. Great customer service. Staff are very talented and the outcome of the work is outstanding. Richard is an expert in his field with great command of business who understands the meaning of cross-selling and cross-marketing. Impressive company with impressive people. I went with Precision Plus because of the good reviews. Richard came over based on our schedule and wrote up a bid within minutes. From the get go they were very professional. The price was very fair which allowed us to even add on some extra work we needed done. From the moment they arrived at 7:00 am until the final detail was done, they were on time, cleaned up, worked with us to make sure everything was perfect, and gave 110% to make sure we were happy.
