Tried to Receive A Quote: I just spoke with guy at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn't know when she would be able to call me back. Called them to come cap a leaking gas pipe in my house. They tried tightening down the existing cap as a stop gap measure and said that should do it, it didn't. (They should have put some pipe dope on the threads like the next guy did.) Gas was still leaking and they refused to come and do anything more with it, other than replace all the gas lines in my basement. Read More »

What a great experience. Universal is really an incredible contractor. I had painting, electrical, tile, granite and wood flooring done. It turned out really wonderful. They were clean and on time every day until they were finished. They made my remodel stress free. Read More »

I just had my driveway re done and put a concrete slab on the side of my house. Funny enough it's not for my car, it's so my boys can skateboard and put a ramp at our house. We had some pavers put in around the walk way to dress it up alittle. It actually makes the house look so much nicer from the street. They did a wonderful job, were very quick and cleaned everything up nice. Now all the kids on the block are at our house!! Thank you Universal we will use you for inside work next time!!! Universal Remodeling made me realize that not all contractors are bad. I have had such horrible experiences with contractors in the past and I was skeptical about going through another remodel. I decided to go with them because the salesman seemed honest and caring. I'm happy I went with my instincts. My home looks beautiful all because of Universal.
