I would just like to thank you so much for your help in finding a really cheap fare. I have to go to London on short notice because my mother is very ill and I do not know how long she has to live. Wow! Thanks for working so hard on this for me. You probably don't want to hear my "speech", but here it is...I manage a small business and I am BIG on taking care of the customer.
