I tried to take care of my own spa for a year and ended up spending more time working on the maintenance than I spent actually enjoying using it!!! United States Pool came to my home and evaluated my situation. They set me up with a reasonable service plan and now my spa is perfect all of the time. I find that customer service is great. What is most important is the fact that there is supervision in the field so that when a need developes there is a rapid and professional response.
