I was sold the first day your technician came to give us the estimate. He showed us his credentials and was very informative about what he had found. My insurance sent over another company for an estimate and didn’t talk to us much, and I felt as if he wasn’t interested or didn’t know what he was doing. Professional Water Damage Service I had water damage flood in my bedroom so I called this company, which was referred by my insurance agent. The technicians responded quickly & sucked up water from my carpets & left some drying machines. I don't know about the cost since they billed my insurance company & only collected my $500.00 deductible. I had a flood in my guest bathroom and my plumber referred this company since there was also "moldy" odor. The Water Damage Experts' technician was professional & a very good communicator. He showed me the extent of the water intrusion with his camera. He gave me an estimate for the job at $1132.00. My entire living room got flooded, so I found this company on the internet. The lady that answered was very polite & reassuring. The two men arrived at my place within 1 hour as promised. They were professional & explained everything to my satisfaction before starting the work. I can not comment on their pricing because I've never had this type of service before, but they dealt with my insurance adjuster & billed them, so it only cost me my insurance deductible so far. I have used Water Damage Experts on many occasions for the past several years, since I manage multiple communities in the Los Angeles area. They have always provided me with prompt service, reasonable charges and excellent communication. I've never had any issues with their work. They have responded within 60 minutes most of the time, which is critical in order to minimize further damage. They always kept me informed of their progress & cost of each job daily. I had a previous water damage in my master bathroom, and there was visible mold?(blackish substance) and smell in my bedroom/bathroom area.
