I recently had some work done on my car at your dealership. I always take my car to a dealership for repairs or services beyond routine oil changes. So I take my car in for a regular service and a month and a half later I start to have major problems with my brakes. I live in Calabasas, but I drive past Calabasas Mercedes to go to Mercedes Benz of Encino. I own several Mercedes vehicles (always have) and I take them all to Encino for service. Jeff Boyle made all the paperwork simple and somehow entertaining. He let me know about all my options without trying to sell me things he knew I didn't need. I can tell he likes his job! He was very easy to work with. Chris took his time and demonstrated all the features on my new GLK. Stephan Jarvis is very professional and attentive. My new E550 is smoking hot! I do all my car business with Mercedes Benz of Encino. Kevin Malone in the Service department has taken care of my S-Class and I trust he'll do the same with my new E-class. I recommend these guys to all my friends. The best word to describe my experience at Mercedes Benz of Encino is Amazing... I dealt with Sam getting a new C300. He did a great job showing me the functions of the car. Mercedes-Benz of Encino is first and foremost under serious investigation for multiple fraud and scam problems with customers. They would promise outrageous deals to customers that could not be done. Once the customer could complain about them they would back it up with another lie or false promise that could not be preformed.
