This company is not a professional office since the calls don't get returned in a timely manner. My decision was to opt out from using Coverall since they were unable to return my call. A relatively good company for cleaning, however, read the fine print in the contract before you sign. It renews automatically in one year and it is specifically written so that you must cancel it at least thirty days prior to the anniversery date by certified mail. If you do not, you are stuck with this company for another year. At this point I have to still use them for another year.
