I will never purchase a ring or piece of jewellery from Sofia Fiori again. This was my engagement ring back in 2013 and I fell in love with it , but after wearing it for 1 day - a side diamond fell off. I returned it under warranty and guarantee and it was fixed but I've had to fix it 4x since then!! If I could give Sophia Fiori negative stars, I would. Please do your research online and you will see they are SCAMMERS!!!! I wish I had....The only reason I purchased from this company was because we had a friend working for their co. She actually drove me to their warehouse where I hand picked the jewels that I wanted. Recently we purchased a Sophia Fiori Venezia-I ring in St. Maarten for my wife's 40th Birthday. Upon arriving home, within a day or two, one of the small diamonds was missing. When I contacted Elba/Venetian, they could not have been more helpful. I literally just received the ring today, 1 week after sending it to California for repair (I paid extra freight to get it to them). My husband and I Had a wonderful trip to Alaska/ Juneau, The cruise ship was great, and my husband bought me the most beautiful ring from Venetian Jewelers store, sophia fiori victoria ring, with 1ct blue diamond, the staff where very helpful and very nice, they spent all the time walking us throw the store answering all our questions, I love my ring, and I get lots of complements, I was telling all my friend about venetian jewelers, they are the best. My husband purchased a Sophia Fiori ring for me on December 10, 2009 from the Venetian Store in San Juan. We were never given any store policies prior to the purchase. The store also does not display their policies (a violation of California Civil Code 1723). They have a NO REFUND policy that we did not find out until after the charge card was processed. My mom recently purchased a green Sofia Fiori diamond ring from Venetian Jewelers (Elba Jewelry). Since she got home she had to have it sent to the company for repairs. One diamond was chipped..the claws holding the green diamond were loose. They fixed this problem but when she got it back....she took it to be appraised and found out that the diamond was not the quality that Venetian told her and wrote on their appraisal.
