Recently I had a water leak in my condo. I live on the 3rd floor and there are 2 units below me. My HOA claimed my leak had caused mold damage. Our management company, Scott Management, hired Titan to test the units for mold. Titan took too many samples and wrote protocols that were too extreme. They charged $1300.
