Although we were initially impressed by the owner, Wes Schafer, and he was most helpful in selling us a piano - that is as far as the service went. When the piano was delivered there was an obvious defect in the soundboard lid, which didn't close properly. After two months of trying to get them to repair the problem, which is under full warranty, they have still not responded. Mr. Schafer never returns calls and is never available.
