Walter's Audi is outstanding. Excellent customer service. We purchased a used Audi from another dealership, and had several problems with it. Walter's service deparment took care of the repairs, and help us with many other aspects of our Audi. I would highly recommend Walter's of Riverside to anyone looking for an Audi or Porshe. Beware of Bate and Switch! In January of this year, we called to inquire about a certified pre-owned (CPO) porsche they had posted online. We said that we are looking for a CPO but their price was $2000 over our budget. They refused to budge. A weeks later, they called us five days in a row to come and pick up the car at the "reduced" price of exactly what we had asked for. So we drove over 70 miles to go and pick up the car. Made a stop into Walters Mercedes Benz, Riverside to check out a new S- Class. "Peter" assisted me. Ended up test driving a CL-550 instead. Nice car, was planning to trade in my car and lease this vehicle. $125k for the car. First I was insulted when I was told my 4 year old SL500 was only worth $21k!!!!!!! which was also over $100k new.
