Not doing so has cost me $90, not to mention the frustration I've experienced dealing with Healthy and Active's cavalier attitude. The company refused to give me a refund on an unopened package, and no amount of reasoning could persuade them otherwise. When I said I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, of which they claim to be a member--I don't know how given their numerous negative reviews--the representative merely chuckled and said, "Go ahead," sounding as if she believed hers... This company sent out a package to UPS, THEN they dumped it at a post office and it was labeled with the wrong zip code. The company will NOT address the issue AT ALL. The post office returns mis-shipments to UPS and UPS claims they have nothing to do with it either. So basically when you buy from this company........don't expect to EVER see your package! but you will be charged the DAY you give your credit card number to them!!!!!!!!! Read More »
