Extremely bad customer service! No integrity at all! We did not choose this company for our service; instead we were assigned by the home owner protection insurance plan. We had had several unsatisfied experiences with them but decided not to say anything until it became unbearable recently and we have to write this review. Very bad customer service by phone. Considering the person on the phone is "the face" of the company-safe to assume the rest is bad as well. Chose not to use them after not only being told a week!!! to show up for repair-but was told very rudely to just manually operate the door myself. Customer service rep assumes a lot with that suggestion about what the customer is physically capable of doing. Just plain rude. Read More »
