I purchased a cordless drill battery for my husbands power tool. All information on their site shows that this should be an equivalent battery. When I got it, it looked like the original but it was not and did not fit correctly in his power tool. I ordered 2 new batteries for my old Sony handicam cameras, I couldnt find them anywhere else as they were getting to the antique stage. The 2 batt's came within 2 days, shipping was free, and these batt's have been charged and recharged a hundred times or more - they are excellent batteries. I'm still using one old sony handicam video camera and these batteries are GREAT. However! I ordered a specific brand name battery for my home alarm. Instead of sending what I ordered, the company to it upon themselves to send a substitue without contacting me first. When I called to say I'd received the wrong battery and would like a full refund, they said thay would still charge me the re-stocking fee for the battery I sent back. The reason they gave is that although they sent a different brand of battery, the battery they sent was comparable and I could have still used it. I w... Read More »

Buyer beware! When I purchased my laptop battery, I was promised free shipping. The battery I received was not chargeable, wouldn't work. I did not want a replacement from a company who sent me a bad battery to begin with, so I requested a refund. I had to pay MY shipping cost, plus THEIR shipping cost incurred when it was sent to me (supposedly free!) If shipping is "free", I should not have been charged their portion for return shipping of a defective item. Would never do business again. Read More »

I ordered a Dell battery for $89 that cost $300 on Dell's site. It arrived very quickly even with free shipping! I had it shipped to me at my university and since the shipping address was different from my billing address, they called me to confirm the right shipping address. A great company. After searching locally for an adapter for my daughters (dell) laptop, with no luck at all. And not wanting to order direct from the manufacturer.
