Worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for one item on April 16, 2016. I received an auto-generated "your order has been successfully placed" email back on the same day. Heard nothing more from them until I had to check on my order status on May 3. I could only communicate via chat...no phone service. Ordered rose floating candles and received them poorly packaged and melted; they were unusable. I had to go to a nearby store to replace them at the last minute. I purchased candles, cameras, napkins and tulle for my pending wedding from this so called company. I was horrified with the products they sent me. I am truly upset with this company, after looking at the website I was so pleased with what I saw everything looked beautiful. After receiving my silk flowers I open up the package and petals on the flowers are coming off along with the inside of the flowers. I ordered the 6-tier cupcake stand. I used it once for a birthday party. It was so thin and flimsy. I was concerned but proceeded to place my cupcakes on it. I ordered 16 tablecloths in January and when they arrived they were so wrinkled and horrible looking that I knew I didn't want to keep them. I thought maybe if I washed and dried one it might come out OK, so I washed one and it came out terrible so I decided to return the other 15 tablecloths. I found some very unique items in terms of favor boxes on their site. Unfortunately, they were backordered. But since the prices were sooooooo good and they had discount coupons on top of free shipping since my purchase was over $100, I definitely had to buy. I was more amazed when they got new stock in fast and shipped it to me real fast. This is the worst experience I ever had. Customer Service is terrible and not customer oriented. There was misunderstanding in my order and I wanted to send it back for refund. I would not recommend ordering products from this company. I ordered 20 Lifetime chair covers and received 20 covers that did not fit my chairs, they were a different measurement than what was stated online. The silk flowers I bought were of very low quality and falling apart. When I told them I was returning them, they told me I could not return any if the packages had been opened. Do not purchase from this company. We ordered a roll of personalized printed ribbon and the quality was terrible. The printing was uneven, with some letters very dark and splotchy, and others faded.
