I just completed my second transaction with this company. I found my loan officer Robert to be very thorough, knowledgeable, upfront, responsive and most of all honest. I found LenderFi when I was starting to lose hope, due to a very stressful situation with my former broker. LenderFi expedited the process, and made everything extremely simple on my side, which I desperately needed since I work all day. Thank you Ryan, Janelle and Janae for all your help with our Refi, you made the process very seamless. Did not have to jump through all the hoops the bank in previous years made us jump. Only complaint was the time the Notary came to our home, I highly recommend you suggest to the client that they only arrive during LenderFi's working hours so when the client has questions your staff is available to answer questions, this would have helped a great deal. We recently refinanced our home with cash out at closing with LenderFi. We started the process on April 30th and closed May 22nd. The process went very smoothly, and was easy to provide documents that were asked for through a site connection they have. I would recommend LenderFi to anyone, and Samantha was always available to answer any questions and when I called she recognized our phone number and would answer "hello Terri". wonderful customer service.
