We called Excel at about the time we learned of our move-in date to our new home. We had a small window of time to get the interior painted, perform minor repairs etc.. Excel was very accommodating. They came on a Sunday morning immediately after our painters finished painting every bedroom. The previous owners had dogs, and we thought about installing new carpet altogether. These guys did a great job, from the first phone call to when they left. They were available quickly on the day we wanted, a Saturday!. They showed up on time and did a great cleaning job. They also provided great information and were patient with questions. They did more work than we had agreed to and the final price was very reasonable considering they had to stay a bit longer than originally planned. Read More »

Excel Carpet Cleaning arrived five minutes before the appointment time. I showed them the areas I wanted cleaned and they proceeded to work. They cleaned carpeting in my family room, living room, master bedroom, loft and stairs. I have very light carpeting and they did a very thorough and meticulous job. I am especially pleased as to how clean my carpet is now. There were some areas of the carpet that I feel they would not be able to get clean, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Also when they finished, the carpet was very close to being dry. Will definitely use them again. Very pleased with the process from start to finish. Read More »
