I would like to thank Tom for responding to my plea to "fix" my vinyl fence that I purchased in 2011. Before the 4th of July, the neighbors' dog, fearful of fireworks in the area, got out of his yard, jumped my chain link fence and then tried to get into my immediate back yard. He succeeded, but broke out the top section on vinyl lattice. I saw him, and tried to scare him out of the yard.
