My first interaction with Ashley was in June 2011. I would NEVER go back nor recommend them. As someone else stated they will repair the unit. My rocker/recliner has a tapping while rocking. The tech stuffed cardboard into the plastic foot and squirted some WD40 on something that was not even a mechanical squeak. After 2 weeks it came back...of course it takes 2+ weeks to get an appointment (I can see why)....their products are poor quality. And here I thought I was getting a bargain. Should... Read More »

Price and quality of the furniture are satisfactory and the sales reps are always very pleasant. Purchased our item at 12:18pm and went directly to the customer pick-up area to load it onto our truck. Admittedly it was a busy day for the store but after an hour of waiting in line of cars to enter the customer pick-up area, we were told our item was coming by truck from another warehouse and would take another 30 to 40 minutes. bought a new couch and love seat, both came with damages and when i contacted customer service the only thing they agreed to do is fix the damage, i requested to replace to a new and undamaged merchandise and it took me a month until i got to the owner of the store to fix the issue, but they told me and i quote "we generally don't replace damaged merchandise we send a tech to the customer house to fix any damages". they hide behind the contract they make you sign when you buy the product and... Ashley furniture is a great place to shop if you never have a problem with their furniture. The sales people are very nice and are willing to offer assistance at a moments notice. The problem comes when you have an issue with an item. We ordered an end table for the den and when it was delivered we realized it was not the one we ordered.
