There should be NO rating stars below. The default automaticly gives them 3 stars but there was no way to give them No stars. Read their Cancelation policy before you place an order and become an automatic member. It states you can only cancel by calling their customer service. Guess what, they do not answer the phone, so how can you cancel. You have to call your bank or credit card and change your card out. Do NOT enter into any transaction with this so called company! The product is not what is seen on TV . I tried to call customer service and no one picks up the phone. I have never heard of someone catching COVID 19 via phone. This horrible company sent me an automatic shipment when I told them on the first order not to until I used the first order to see if I iiked it. I refused the automatic shipment (I never approved to receive) package and went to the Post Office to return the unopened merchandise back to the company. I have been using this makeup for several years. I confess that I will try something different, but always come back to Perfect Pigment. I am 58 years ,and it works for me. It doesnt settle into lines or anything. I love the ease of it because I dont want to spend a lot of time on makeup. All you need is the one compact and brush. It is super easy, and affordable. by the time I had to call repeatedly, and was insulted by the customer service person ("That's not true" - sorry, that's what the post office told me), all I wanted was done, don't send me anything - period. You have to argue with customer service to TRY to have this cancelled. Don't count on them cancelling it; they'll say it's cancelled but ship stuff so they can bill you. Company is a rip-off. Cannot cancel subscription. No response or no answer. Phone calls, emails requesting confirmation that they received my request verbally and by email to cancel. Nothing. After trying for months to cancel the subscription I received a shipment and disputed charges though credit card company who is unable to reach them. Iv been using the Perfect Pigment for a little over a year. Im in love! its really fast to use and its all I need. Customer Service is amazing too they let me know I can get a compact with whatever colors I wanted in it (customized compact) and it was no more than the price of a regular compact. I have been using Perfect Pigment Mineral Makeup for 6 months now and I absolutely LOVE it!! I constantly go to the store trying to find a makeup that looks and feels good on my skin while still giving me coverage. Christina Cosmetics don't disclose the "conversion FEE of $19.95" anywhere on their website. However, if you buy their product and choose auto delivery and then change your mind and want to cancel - they will charge you with hidden fees that are not properly disclosed on their website. The phone number does not work and there is no email address! You can not leave a message. Therefore you have no way of canceling this auto renewal. I requested 365 days for cancellation hoping to get in touch with someone by then and they billed me prior to that date anyway. I love this stuff and so does everyone I have let use my perfect pigment. I was surprised to find people who complained about it. I tried you product for the first time today. I'm from Michigan and sometimes it can get really humid. So far so good. I was able to apply it while watching TV. I think this is a great product. Especially for someone in thr 60's. It doesn't settle in all of the little cracks, crevices, and oyher little places that seem to appear out of no-where.
