I placed my first order three weeks ago. I live in California and expected to receive my order in a matter of days; it took two weeks. I emailed Skin West inquiring the status of my order. I receive an immediate response and was told my order just shipped. I received my order 3 days later. My order was well packaged and correct, I'm happy with my order and have placed a second order. I have been a long time customer with Skinwest and I can honestly say this is one of the best companies to buy from. I have not found a cheaper place to purchase my facial products. Skinwest's customer service has been out standing. If I have ever had a product that was damaged, not working well for me, or even on the rare occasion was given the wrong product they were more than helpful to send me the correct one or something better for me. I have been purchasing from this company for almost four years and i did have some trouble with their customer service in the beginning. But i stayed a customer and have seen their service department get alot better over time. I have not had any problems with their product it is always here when it is promised and in good condition. i will continue to remain a loyal customer. Read More »

First off, they have an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau. The grade represents BBB’s degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you are willing to wait weeks for your order!!! The website promises to send your order out within 24-36 hours. I live in California the same as the company and they still have not processed my order after 17 days! They stated on April 7th that they were sending my order now I find out it's on back order!!!!
