Last week I had an inspection done to this property I was planning to buy in Carson California. I thought the house was in excellent condition. I was recommended to StateWide Inspections by my agent. I gave StateWide Inspections a call and schedule an inspection and was surprised on what the inspector found out about the property I was interested in. About a month ago I hired StateWide Inspections to do an inspection on a home I'm purchasing. I really don't know anything about how an inspection works. StateWide sent an inspector named Carlos, was great and helped me out. He was patient and explained everything to me in lamest terms which was a great help.
