Cartier solicits mobilehome inspections on the phone. We've had 3 inspections in 5 years. They look to find things to repair. Each "inspector" has another pitch. Your water heater is illegal, your foundation is bad, your mobile home marriage lines will split, you have water in the crawl space. One did not even go underneath but claimed we had problems.
